Role-based access
Control what each user, team, and workspace can access.
Security & Trust
Reflexio is designed around controlled access, role-aware app permissions, SSO and MFA options, audit visibility, protected customer boundaries, and Aiden assistance that stays inside governed context.
Security and deployment details can be aligned with each customer during procurement and onboarding.
Enterprise Readiness
Reflexio is designed for organizations that need control over users, data, permissions, integrations, sharing, and auditability from the start.
Control what each user, team, and workspace can access.
Keep customer environments, data boundaries, and workspace settings separated.
Track key actions, changes, approvals, and decisions.
Invite internal teams or external contributors with controlled access.
Manage approved system references, mappings, connector status, and permissions.
Communicate regional hosting and data handling posture clearly.
Smart Sign-In
Users do not have to decide whether they should sign in with Microsoft, Google business SSO, or a simple local account. Reflexio checks the email and follows the method configured by the administrator.
When an administrator configures Microsoft or Google business SSO, Reflexio detects the email and routes the user to the correct identity provider.
Users who are not part of SSO can continue with email-based sign-in and administrator-managed access.
Repeated failed attempts or password-spray behavior can automatically block local accounts and notify administrators.
Administrators can require MFA for simple users so local sign-in remains protected without forcing an SSO rollout.

Governed Intelligence
Aiden is positioned as Reflexio workflow intelligence, not a loose chatbot beside the suite. It works from governed app context, keeps evidence close to the answer, and prepares work for people who still own the decision.
Aiden works inside the same user, app, workspace, and customer boundaries that govern the Reflexio Suite.
Summaries and recommendations stay tied to source records, signals, mappings, and workflow history.
Aiden can prepare explanations and next steps, while accountable owners keep control of decisions and actions.
Prepared work moves into Reflexio apps where permissions, status, review, and audit context stay attached.
